Description
Add data and/or static text to a record name (e.g., record ID) displayed with the record in REDCap, such as on data collection instruments, in reports, and in the drop-down lists when choosing a record and at the top of the page after being selected.

User will need permission enabled for the Project Design & Setup user right.
Find: the Custom Record Label
Access the Custom Record label viaProject Setup tab > Enable optional modules and customizations > Additional customizations (button) > Set a Custom Record Label
Help and Support
Email and drop-in help are available for help setting up or trouble shooting the Custom Record Label.
This is elective functionality, meaning it is available, out of the box, on every project and can be set up by a project builder to meet study specific requirements through self-directed instruction.
