The REDCap Team will not be responding to any email requests for help or support. - Project Operations
Requests related to project operations will not be processed. Examples include:- Request for a new project.
- Request for a project copy.
- Request to move project to production.
- Request to approve production changes.
- Request or to create or renew accounts for external users.
- Drop-in Sessions
Drop-in sessions are not held. - Survey Training Registrations
Sign ups for Survey training will not be processed. - External Accounts
Requests for new accounts or help re-setting passwords will not be processed - Pre-Production Reviews for Survey Projects
As a reminder, a pre-production review is required for all survey projects. The review is conducted at drop-in. We conduct pre-production survey reviews with personnel who have completed our survey training and who have finalized with us, and tested, the survey set up and survey distribution in their project. - Technical Support if System Rendered Unavailable
