• Viewing Repeating Instances of a Form
  • You can now customize how many repeating instances of a form are displayed in the popup window by clicking the page icon in the upper-left hand page icon.
    • You can specify if 10, 25, 50, or all instances are displayed in the popup window.

The REDCap program is renaming two support tracks within the Model of Support. The previously titled "Supported Service for Research" and "Supported Service for Non-Research" will now be referred to as "Standard Service for Research" and "Standard Service for Non-Research". We are in the process of updating all documentation to use the new names. For a short period of time, you may see either name reflected in documentation and communications. 

Starting June 12th the new names will be used in the project banners for new projects. We will update the banners for existing projects as we encounter projects through our help and monitoring activities. 

We are making this change as these two support tracks both receive what we consider basic help through direct contact with the REDCap team (i.e. email and drop-in support). The vast majority of projects will need direct contact with the REDCap team and we think "Standard Service" more accurately describes the level of support provided and prevents confusion. Please note that nothing is changing about the services offered by the REDCap Team or any costs associated with the services.

  • A red warning symbol is now displayed next to the Automated Survey Invitations button if ASI's are enabled and a default email field for communications has not yet been configured on the Project Setup page.

  • In the new display window for repeating instances of a form, the Instance # label is now not hyperlinked to aid in copying the text label rather than a link address of the instance.

  • The links under the heading Project Home and Design have been rearranged to be in the order they were prior to version 15.3.3 to prevent confusion.

  • Now displays Event ID's in the Event table.
• Alerts & Notifications
  • A new option is now available to named Pause Recurring Alerts.
    • This new option is only available when the alert has been configured to use both the "Ensure logic is still true..." option and conditional logic utilizing a datediff() function that includes 'now' or 'today'.
    • Use cases for this new feature are rare.
