Changes & Improvements
Online Designer
- In previous versions, REDCap would automatically set a new unique form name if you changed the name of a form.
- While a project is in Development, REDCap now provides a way for you to designate both a form name and the unique form name independently of each other by either clicking the Instrument Actions button on the Online Designer page, or by clicking the form name at the top of the page when viewing a form.
- Note: Unique form names cannot be changed after a project has moved to Production.

- REDCap has added two new status icons to the Enabled As Survey column in the Online Designer to indicate when a survey uses E-Consent settings or has a Stop Action applied, as well as changed the existing icons indicating Auto-Continue is turned on or a repeating survey is enabled.
- This is intended to be a quick, visual indicator when a form has one of these features has been applied to a survey.
