Maintaining student needs codes in the personal planner

This document defines how those with access enter and delete treatment needs codes in the personal planner module. Student needs codes are used to match providers with patients that have limited care needs.

Please note, Needs request codes are entered as a batch at the start of students' DS3 year. To update Needs Request codes, students should discuss with their Group Practice Leader and/or Group Practice Coordinator.
